What Is The Remedy For The Relapse Of Typhoid Fever?

Hi, I am from Delhi. I suffered from typhoid about a month ago. I dont know if it was a relapse. I had fever with chills in the May and i used to get fever from 4pm onwards. I took calpol everyday and i used too b fine in the morning. It continued till 6th June. I couldnt measure the fever at that time as we were on a holiday and we didnt have the thermometer but it used to be high. After that i was fine for about 20 days and again i started getting high fever from 26th onwards and it didnt settle. It went upto 105. I was hospitalized after a week i.e. on 4th and it was diagnosed as typhoid. I was put on moncef for 5 days and a course of taximo for 10 days. I have been getting fever upto 99.3 in the evenings and at times, my tummy feels bloated with slight discomfort. I have been having totally bland soft diet for past one month. Could you pls advice y i get fever? thanks
