What Is The Remedy For The Scabs Around The Nostril Inflamed And Puffy?

I have what looks like little scabs around my nostrol. That same nostrol in inflamed and puffy. It hurts when I touch it. I recent became sick and would wipe my nose. I thought it was from doing it to much but I'm starting to think that's not the case. What do I do

Dear sir
This is because of the infection of skin or nostril which has resulted due to repeated rubbing of nose causing small dehisive wounds, these wounds got infected with bacteria. This is very sensitive area on face and requires through treatment with antibiotics, pain killer and anti-inflammatory supplement with antibiotic nasal ointment. Avoid manipulating nose to prevent spread of infection. If not getting relief in 48 hours a visit to doctor is mandatory
