General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to HCM!

I am sorry to hear about your condition.

It is likely that the Lizol that you consumed must have eroded your throat mucosa, leading to the painful condition now.

Unfortunately, there is not much that you can do about it. It will likely heal on its own in due course of time.

For the time being, you may take a pain killer and humidified/ steam inhalation to get relief.

Also, I'd strongly suggest you to visit a Psychiatrist for counselling. Believe me, it will benefit a lot for you.

Hope this information helps.
WIshing you a speedy recovery.

With warm regards,
Dr. Sridhar Reddy
