hi i am 26 year old maried women i have diagnosed as hypothyroidism 7months bak my tsh was 13.and i was on thyronorm 50 mg for 6days and 100mg for the seventh day.nw my tsh is1.3 and thyronorm 50,75mg for seventh day.i am puting on more weight within one year i gained 10 kg....hw can i reduce it

I really appreciate your concern, if the weight gain is due to the thyroid dysfunction or disease so it would be alright within few months of starting the medicines still to reduce the calorie in diet and exercise is advisable hope this information concerns.
