hello, my name is stacey and i am a 23 year old female. my whole life i have strugled with gaining weight. i am 5'4 and 106lbs(last time i checked) i wanted to no what i can do to gain more weight because i no i am under weight for my height and age. i have tried to eat constantly and have also tried eating 3 times a day with snacking in between. i have also tried taking vitamins.none of these seem to work. and its really fustrating for me because i look like im 13.and i look like im on drugs and i dont even do drugs.
Hi, Dear My opinion would be for you to increase protein in diet first. In form of meat .chicken,egg whites and sprouts.Divide your meal in small quantity with gap of at least two hrs. Have banana shake 4 times in a week and continue for few months. In exercise do Weights and cardio as it will increase muscle tone and increase fitness of body and after workout have protein shake with in 15 minutes.
