sir i am pinto daily morning tongue cleaning time small white balls passing through my throat if any problem? & remedy for this problem.

White balls could be keratosis and that could be because of your aggresive cleaning , or smoking and alcohol or due to reflex disease.
Keratosis occurs because of the irritation of the skin of the mouth or throat . YOu could know what is causing that irritation like chewing tobacco, beetel nut, excessive coffee, alcohol, smoking etc.
The best treatment is try to prevent yourself from exposure to such things .
