What age were you or your girls when they first got their period?
My daughter just got hers and she is 10. She won't be 11 until the Fall. I'm just wondering how normal this is. I know that girls are starting earlier all the time now but it still surprised me. She is rather mature for her age so in that sense it doesn't surprise me. Thanks for your help.

i got it around 11, it really depends on your body but i have heard that girls are getting their periods younger and younger, i think it has to do with all the chemicals and hormones in the food we eat
