What Is The Right Dosage Of Hydralyte For Treating Diarrhoea ?

The Pharmacist advised me to take Hydralyte (powder) after a bout of Diarrhoea , which I don t have now. The Dr. at the emergency said they found nothing wrong, it likely something I ate. But after to weeks I still feel week and light-headed. The directions on the Hydralyte pkg doesn t specify whether you should drink the whole pkg or sip it through the day ! Can one eat directly or shortly after drinking/sipping Hydralyte?Thank you!

Ors solution one packet should be dissolved in one liter of water. Dose depends on the degree of dehydration... One to two liters in your case will be sufficient... It does not cause any problems if taken in a little excess amount...
