What Is The Right Time To Check Bp Levels?

I am an athletic (cyclist) 51 yr old male, my blood pressure in the AM before eating was 107/66 w/ HR of 57 bpm. The first time I tried this at home blood pressure machine was Memorial Day after dinner and 1 beer (and after working outside in the heat most of the afternoon) and it was 120/90. Is that type of "swing" typical. I assume the morning reading is a better base line. Your thoughts?

Blood pressure is constantly changing parameters, it's never constant. That why blood pressure reading should be taken multiple times. Both of your readings are normal. This much variation is also normal.
no need to worry.
