7 weeks pregnant and i want to know what s the right time to take folicacid tablet? i am 7 weeks pregnant and i want to know what s the right time to take folicacid tablet? and sometimes i get lower abdominal pain also..is this normal..please i want to know it .this is my first time

Folic acid should be started in the pre conception time & continued for 3-4 months after that,as it prevents neurological defects/malformation in the newborn. For lower abdomen pain get ultrasound done to confirm viable intrauterine pregnancy.& also consult gynecologist.
