What Is The Safest Time To Have Sex With Lower Chances Of Conception?

hi!! i m on krimson-35 for cyst in ovaries.from last 5 months.last pill i had taken on 13th of this month.i got my periods on 16th.i had protected sex with my husband today.but still not sure that was it 100%safe.can u tell me was it safe period for sex or should i take emergency contraceptive to be on safer side.we are not planning for baby for now.

Thanks for asking to healthcare magic.com.Well if you have your periods regular all the time then safe period can be easily estimated .For example if your cycle is of 28 days then your ovulation date is 14 days prior to it .You should not have unprotected sex from 5 days prior to ovulation to till 2 days post ovulation .In simple langauge time just after your finsihed periods and time just before next periods is absolutely safe.Yes incase sometime you are not sure about safe or unsafe u can choose some emeregency contraception.Hope it helps,wish u a healthy life.
