What Is The Sensation Near The Chest And The Breast Bone?

Hi. As I write this, I have a sensation that of a tiny-like pulsating feeling below the upper-mid right quadrant of my chest closest to my right breast bone (more - less). It gives me the impression of a gurgle-like sensation. It comes and goes, causes no pain, but it s annoying and I feel concerned. What is this? A form of indigestion?
