Hi,

Some common side effects of bisoprolol include dizziness, fatigue, headache, slow heart rate, low blood pressure, and shortness of breath. It's possible that your headache is related to the medication. If you are feeling very sick, so then check up of blood pressure and pulse rate is very important. As per the reading of BP and pulse, treatment would be decided.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
