Following are the answers for your questions:
1. Cancer chemotherapeutic drugs not only kill the abnormal proliferating cancer cells but they also inhibit the growth of other cells like hair cells causing hair loss or alopecia which is reversible.

2. The metabolic targets of the chemotherapeutic agents include the Folic acid metabolism, DNA synthesis, etc.

3. Monoclonal antibodies are known to suppress the immunity resulting the infections like reactivation of TB, penumonia, and sometimes lymphomas.

4. Because of the different target the side effects are different as seen with traditional chemotherapy and monoclonal antibodies.
