What Is The Small Red Bump In My Ear?

So I sized up my earlobe about a month and a couple of weeks ago, i'm in 1/2g, anyways, it was perfectly fine for the past month. At first it was extremely swollen, it got better. Now I was cleaning the inside and it had like white stuff coming out of the inside, and i have a small red bump too, it also swelled up again, it hurts just a little. What do I do? do I go to my doctor?

This sounds like infection and needs to be clinically evaluated as soon as possible. Its important not to delay medical care as serious problems can occur.
