What Is The Smelly Leakage Coming From My Butt?

I am an 18 year old male. 5'8" 150 pounds. I just started college in August. Lately I have been having a wet & smelly leakage from my butt. Feels like I'm sweating but it smells bad. My stomach has also been upset recently & I feel like I always have to go to the bathroom.
