What Is The Solution For Acne Scar?

: Hi, My name is selvaraj and i m form chennai, India. I have this acne scar for almost 10 years. I ve tried many products and i ve also tried many dermatologists, nothing really improved or cured my black spots. Now my brother bought me a product called meladerm from UK. To be honest i don t trust this product but even though I searched online about this product and i found good reviews about Meladerm, so i want to use it. I just want to know weather its gonna end my 10year pain or is it gonna increase further?. To be clear i ve tried all the treatments(peels, retin a, laser etc..) except surgery. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. Age: 26 Skin type: sensitive and oily. Condition: Severe block spots(Acne scars) all over the face, no Acne.

Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you have resistent acne scars that are not responding to topical as well as chair side treatments..
The Meladerm cream is a depigmenting composition and contains Kojic acid, arbutin and other depigmenting ingredents and it is useful and safer for long term use..
I would suggest you to start washing your face with Salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash..
You can apply cream Meladerm as it is depigmenting in nature,
Azelic acid and vitamin E containing creams can also be advised..
Hydroquinone creams can also help..
Take Vitamin C supplements..
Scrub your face twice a week with a gentle scrub..
You can also go for photofacial, galvanic facial and microdermabrasion..
Silicone gels can also be helpful..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards,
Dr.Honey Nandwani Arora.
