Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain it seems that you have resistent acne scars that are not responding to topical as well as chair side treatments..
The Meladerm cream is a depigmenting composition and contains
Kojic acid, arbutin and other depigmenting ingredents and it is useful and safer for long term use..
I would suggest you to start washing your face with
Salicylic acid and
glycolic acid containing facewash..
You can apply cream Meladerm as it is depigmenting in nature,
Azelic acid and vitamin E containing creams can also be advised..
Hydroquinone creams can also help..
Take Vitamin C supplements..
Scrub your face twice a week with a gentle scrub..
You can also go for photofacial, galvanic facial and
microdermabrasion..
Silicone gels can also be helpful..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards,
Dr.Honey Nandwani Arora.
