What Is The Solution For Chest Pain, Breathlessness When Climbing Stairs Having Been Diagnosed Fibromyalgia And Arthritis?

i am 54 yrs old female with fibromyalgia and arthritis, I have lately been struggling to climb stairs and getting really breathless like I am going to pass out as I fight for breath, this evening I have a annoying chest pain and in my jaw not like a toothache, today I had to go to bed at 4pm as I felt exhausted, I had been in the office since 10am till 2pm, not doing anything strenuos or stressfull I slept untill 8pm and felt better but just before I had the weird pain just sitting here.

you should first be investigated for cardiac conditions especially an Urgent E.C.G., CPK-mb and serum troponoins. If these are fine then you should undergo a cardiac stress test. If you are obese then lose some weight. As for fibromyalgia, you should (after getting cardiac fitness) take natural antioxidants, siberian ginseng(if you do not have high B.P.), lots of fruits, vegetables and salad. Avoid junk food. Take frequent small meals and frequent small rests. gradually build up your stamina. For Osteoarthrities you can take glucosamine hcl with boswallia 500mg three times a day or 1000mg two times a day with meals.
