What Is The Solution For Diarrhoea, Mucous In Stools After Knee Replacement Surgery?
since last august I have had diahhrea, fuzzy, skinny, mucus stools. I was in the hospital for knee replacement in July and on a lot of antibi's. I got tested for c-def but it was negative. Since I lost about 5lbs. I decided not to look into this yet. I am 65 and other than no energy I am in very good health. I take 20 mil 1xday citalaphram.

I can understand your concern, here could say that the possibilities of intestinal infection is very likely and this could be protozoa infection, if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with the following medicine,
1) Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days
2) lyophilized lactobacillus sachets three times in day
