What Is The Solution For Enuresis?

hi 19, a 137lbs and 5.6" tall, i have been reading up on my condition for about 2yrs now, i have enuresis and bare in mind im 19 and now in college. not a very nice situation for me at all, i hate having to be worried every night almost being unable to sleep because i fear ill wet, it doesn't happen that frequent though abt 1 every month or once every two months but i hate the feeling i always have just worrying. would love if you could advice me.

Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Avoid taking fluids atleast 2 hours before going to bed.
2. The next time, you have it, get a urine test in the morning to rule out any chemical induced inflammation of urinary bladder. A cystoscopy maybe necessary.
3. Occasional enuresis should be related to medication or alcohol. More details necessary for further evaluation.
