Hello and welcome to HCM,
Pain in the rectal region can actually be due to some disease process in the anal region.
You need to consult your doctor for clinical examination.
Anal problems like anal fissures, anal growth, ulcers in the anal canal etc can result in pain in the rectal region.
The condition can be managed after correct diagnosis.
Rectal spasm can occur due ulcer, fissure etc.
Consult your doctor diagnosis and management.

Thanks and take care
