What Is The Solution For Pain In Scalp, Dandruff And Hair Fall?

when i touch my scalp it pains and i have dandruff and hairfall. I'm 21 years old ...and I've tried anti dandruff shampoos and doesnt help .. and my scalp is usually greasy but the ends of my hair are dry and I've been having a lot of probem with the dryness because i have curly hair and its difficult to maintain...

As per your complain pain in scalp along with dandruff and hairfall can be due to causes like Seborrheic dermatitis, Scalp Psoriasis etc..

I would suggest you to consult a Trichologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like microscopic examination of the flakes from scalp can help in diagnosis and treatment can be advised accordingly..

You can be advised to wash the scalp with shampoo containing Ketoconazole, salicylic acid, sulfide, coal tar, zinc, selenium etc..
Massage the scalp with steroid lotion..
Keep the scalp clean and dry and avoid moisture and sweat accumulation..
