hello i have had red cheeks and me nose tip is red i have this condition for twenty years me condition gets worse some times i have tried alot of creams and moisturisers they cause alot of spots to my skin my skin can be dry with red little bumps and saw and then be oily

Hi,
It seems to be rosacea. It is a chronic and resistant condition of the skin. I would recommend you to take capsule Doxycycline 100 mg once daily and apply Brimonidine gel on the affected areas twice daily.
