Hello I have been in a relationship for year and a half now and we have since had a child but every time we have sex after we have finished I have a sore on my foreskin for about 5 days it hurts and then kind of drys nd flakes off then its all smooth could you help me with what it is thanks

Fom your your complaints it seems to be a case of genital infection. Any h/o diabetes mellitus ?
Any genital infection in your partner ? Go for blood sugar level. Will review after blood sugar level.
