Hi, Dr Purushottam Neurgaonkar here. I welcome you to HCM VIRTUAL CLINIC. I have gone through your question, and I think I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible possible treatment options .

1 ) First of all do not worry.

2 ) If you want to go ahead with tubal recanalization , it can done by laparoscopy or conventional open surgery.

3 ) in my experience and as per medical literature, success rate of such surgery is close to 40 % at the expert hands.

4 ) Also, you need to know that there is possibility that tubal recanalization may not be successful after surgical healing, and also you need to confirm location of pregnancy at the earliest once you get to know that you are pregnant. This is necessary to rule out the ectopic pregnancy.

I hope this answer helps you .
Thanks.
