ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Your pain symptom can be because of sinusitis in your maxillary sinuses, the sinuses behind your cheek bones. Your maxillary are again and again filling with mucopus and they are giving you pressure pain. You need an ENT evaluation with nasal endoscopy to confirm this.
