What Is The Sugar Intake On Consuming The Given Concoction?

I blend kale,chard,spinach,steel cut oats,1apple,1banana,a handfull of red grapes,8-9 almonds,small handful of walnuts 1 cup of blueberrys and 2 tablespoon full of non fat plain greek yogurt.this produces about 4 cups of blended food of which I consume 2cups daily.Am I consuming to much sugar?

Hi. 'Too much sugar' is a highly relative sentence. Assuming you are not a diabetic and you are taking this concoction for fitness, calculate your calories required daily online.Then calculate your carbs intake for that calorie level. Roughly it should be around 40% of your daily calories . Divide that number by 4 . eg. 40% of 2000 calories is 800. 800% 4= 200. So 200 gms of carbs is what you need . Stick to that for your fitness goal. You can deviate by around 10%.
