Dear sir I understand your concern. in my opinion you are not following diet and exercise.i am thinking like that because you did not mentioned about them.I hope i am wrong. pls remember diet and exercise are very important in diabetes. i would like to revise your medication and add something to it, but i am not able to do so without knowing your height weight and duration of diabetes. kindly let me know above information to assist you better I suppose I have given the desired response if you have any other query please write back.
