What Is The Suggested Medicine For Severe Headache With Cold?

Dear Doctor,

This is for my wife, she is 39 nine years old. She is having sevre headache and pain on her both of sides of forehead also she is suffering from cold also right now and sinusites too. Could you please advise a tablet for fast relief. ?

Hi welcome to HCM...

Your wife having sinusitis....

Sinusitis leading reffred headache in your wife case...

Give her antihistaminic drug like benadryl or Diominic DCA ....
It will help in relieving congestion.

Steam inhalation with eucalyptus added in hot water...

Drink lots of fluid orally...

Fruits more.
Spicy food less.

If runny nose and blocked nose present give her 0.05% oxymetazolin nasal drops .

Take one tsp ginger juice with honey added.

Nothing more done ....

If still no benefit do PNS x ray and consult ent surgeon...
