What Is The Suggested Treatment For White Spots On Stomach, Chest And Neck?
Dear Doctor, I got these small white spots on my chest, stomach and neck...So assuming it could be a skin faugus I started treatment of selenium sulfide two weeks ago.Well I sill got the white spots...You have any suggestion of what it may be and how can I treat it?

The condition you have described is called pityriasis versicolor, a superficial skin infection caused by a fungus.
I would recommend you 2 single dose of oral fluconazole 400mg with a gap of 15 days.
Apply ketoconazole cream twice a day.
Use shampoo containing ketoconazole and selenium sulfite for rinsing daily.
Maintain hygiene.
