Pulmonologist 's  Response
Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand her situation and problem.
Accentuated Bronchovascular markings (BVM) can be seen normally. But since she is having chronic cough, bronchitis must be ruled out in her case. .
So better to consult pulmonologist for her and get done PFT ( pulmonary function test ).
PFT will also tell you about severity of the disease.
And treatment of bronchitis is based on severity only.
She may need inhaled bronchodilators and antihistamine drug.
So consult pulmonologist and first diagnose her and then start appropriate treatment.
