About 8 years ago I ripped my clitoris during childbirth. now I have a bump on the top where it ripped. it doesn t hurt I just know its there. should I see a Dr or will it go away? I ve had irritated hair bumps before there. feels kinda similar l

The most common reasons of the bump on the clitoris like you have can be-
1. Folliculitis - due to an infected hair follicle. Usually has pus inside and needs an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory drug for treatment.
2. Sebaceous cyst- due to a blocked sebaceous gland. The secretions start collecting inside and becomes painful. Needs to be surgically removed if infected.
3. Bartholin's Cyst - Bartholin's cyst is formed when a Bartholin's gland is blocked, causing a fluid-filled cyst to develop.
A thorough examination is a must for proper diagnosis and treatment. Till then you can take general cleanliness measures to avoid any infection in that area.
