What Is The Survival Rate Of A Person With Damaged Lung And Liver?

My aunt is 41, she is on life support at the moment. Her lungs and liver are damaged, also her kidney s shut down. She has been on the machine since last sunday night. She has been off of sedation for a whole day but still no respone to pain or anything. She is keeping her temp up on her own and they got her off her pain meds and blood pressure meds, her breathing machine is down to a 32. What are her chances of survival?

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, she is mostly developing MODS (multiple organ damage syndrome).
Liver, lungs, kidneys etc are very vital organs of our body.
She is also not gaining consciousness, so her brain is also damaged.
So, in nutshell, her all vital organs are failing.
And this is not a good sign for prognosis.
Honestly speaking, chances of survival are very very less. Prognosis in her case is extremely poor.
