What Is The Swelling In Scrotum Before Bowel Moments?

left side of scrotum swells leading up to/before bowel movement and goes away once I have had bowel movement. Also experiencing clear penile discharge when erect. Have tested negative numerous times for STD's although had unprotected sex and clear discharge without erection before these problems. Culture taken of discharge and semen with only negative results, however symptoms persist...

Hi.
Noted your history swelling of the left side of the scrotum on / before bowel movements.
The most probable causes can be hernia descending into scrotum or large varicocele getting enlarged due to straining.
This can be diagnosed by clinical evaluation by a General Surgeon and ultrasonography with color doppler.
This definitely needs surgery, get prepared.
