Hello,
You are experiencing swelling of the foreskin after intercourse, you hurt when you have to pull the foreskin to piss. Be gentle with yourself. It can be due to rough sex,
latex allergy, trauma, bacterial/
fungal infection, etc. take antihistamine to control the symptoms due to
allergic reaction. You can take a course of antibiotics or retroviral to fight the infection causing inflammation and swelling.
Apply antifungal cream like
clotrimazole or miconazole to reduce fungal infections. If you are still hurting take
acetaminophen, one SOS to help reduce inflammation. Try to gently roll the foreskin forwards, towards the tip of penis, you may use some Vaseline to help it easily roll. Gradually you should be able to get the foreskin in normal position. However, if you are still in discomfort get clinically examined by a
Urologist. Get it treated. If para-phimosis or balanitis is detected, you will be treated accordingly.
Your Urologist may recommend
circumcision, a surgical procedure to remove the foreskin if required. Focus on your hygiene, have a warm bath and make sure to wash your penis every day. Keep it dry and clean, wear loose underwear to keep the area airy and unconstrained. Use protection when having sex and choose condoms that are for sensitive skin.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
