What Is The Tightness And Cording Under My Arm?
I have a cording which is possibly a lymph gland issue under my rt arm. It was slightly uncomfortable but is only slightly tight now. I m extremely concerned. I ve not had any infections, I have no palpable lumps in my breast. I m having a mamo next week. Should I be concerned because I AM.

The commonest cause of the feeling you are getting like a lymph node in the axilla (armpit) must be diagnosed by FNAC - fine needle aspiration cytology or a formal biopsy for the perfect and the fastest diagnosis.
Mammography and all other tests will be helpful but will be losing your precious time.
