What Is The Time Lag Between Last Norco And Other Pain Meds?
I have been on hydrocodone -acetominoph 7.5-325... (Narco) for 24 hours. Had laminectomy yesterday. The pain is not being relieved... I called the surgeon and they switched my pain med to oxycodone-acetominophine... and told me not to take the Narco any more. I last took the Narco 3 hours ago....how long do I need to wait to start the other pain med? Charlene

You can take the oxycodone 4 hours after the Norco. Please be carefull to not take more than 4,000mg of acetaminophen in a 24hr period.
