What Is The Time Period For Lialda To Take Effect For Crohn’s Disease?

I was taking Lialda for my Chron s and it was working great. The cost has become a huge issue and I have been switched to sulfasalizine. It has been only one week, but my symptoms are not under control. How long should I give this medicine to start helping?
