What Is The Treatment Available For Localized Muscular Dystrophy In Legs?

I was injured in an accident and have no curve from my c5 to c7 Im in alot of pain my left hand doesnt work right to complicate things I have localized Muscular Dystrophy in my left leg.my doc hasnt done much for treatment and im now not working,recomendations

I really appreciate your concern, if this is neurological problem and the damage being done the nervous system of related muscle then medicine has got role in this, the only option that you have is physiotherapy, hope this information helps you have nice day.
