Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My mother and myself have both been told we have H. Pylori. It was discovered in my mother after a routine colonoscopy, she took the antibiotics and had her gallbladder taken out a month ago. Her pain has subsided but she still gets nauseated. I just started my antibiotics today and am going back for a scope on 7/23. My xray showed a few stones in my gallbladder. My daughter has been having the same symptoms and we have had all kinds of tests done, since my diagnosis on yesterday, I called her doctor to ask for her to be tested. My questions is, all of us live in the same apartment for a year where black mold was discovered in our bathroom and my master bedroom, we have since moved out but could the mold be the common link with the three of us and this health issue?
