What Is The Treatment For IC Bladder?

I have IC bladder amd I had me secong attempt ro expand my bladder to help with pain I slso have to self cath to empty mu bladder thr dovvtor tofsy put the scope in my ureatha csuse I donot hsve in small incision and now I can not cath its killing me

No simple srugs works for interstitial cystitis of the bladder, you have to try different medicine for weeks
treatments include
oral agents like
1.NSAIDS nonsteroidal anti inflammatory drugs like iboprofen and naproxen to relieve pain
2.tricyclic antidepressants like amytriphytilne for relaxation bladder and relieves pain
3.Antihistamines like loratidine which reduces frequency and urgency
4.pentosan polysulphate sodium recently approved by FDA which restores the inner surface of the bladder
5.Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulationTENS
6. sacral nerve stimulation
Surgery
1.Resection
2/Augmentation
