ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi, please use antiseptic gargles frequently along with proton pump inhibitors and analgesics. If there is fever, you need to take antibiotics in consultation with your doctor. A syrup with antacid and a local anesthetic helps in making swallowing comfortable. Avoid spicy, sour, oily or very cold food along with junk food. Sipping hot fluids also helps. Regards
