Thanks for your question on HCM.
PND is associated with mostly heart disease.
So I advice you to get done
1. ECG
2. 2D Echo
To rule out cardiac cause.
And your stomach problem is related to GERD(Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease).
This is due to laxity of gastroesophageal sphincter. Due to this acid of the stomach tend to come up in the esophagus and cause the symptoms.
So try to follow these steps.
1. Avoid heavy meals. Avoid hot and spicy food.
2. Avoid stress and anxiety.
3. Take proton pump inhibitors.
4. Go for walk after meals.
5. Keep 2-3 pillows under head in bed.
