Hello It seems from the history that you are having black eye because of injury. Black eye is because of collection of blood in the layers if skin if eyelids. Black eye is a self resolving condition and it resolves over 3-4 weeks. Usually treatment is not required however applying hot compression may provide symptomatic relief and prevents rebleeding. But aspirin should be better avoided as it can cause rebleeding by in hitting clotting of blood.
Thank you
