Hi.
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain a
painful blister over the tip of the tongue can be a Canker sore and can occur due to a few common reasons like
Nutritional deficiency [iron, vitamin B12 and folic acid], stress, physical trauma to the tongue by a sharp tooth or tongue bite, acid reflux taking more of citrus and sour foods..
You need not to worry and can do warm saline gargles, apply a steroid based ointment like Kenalog in orabase to reduce inflammation, for pain apply a numbing gel like Oragel and take anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen,Gargle with antimicrobial mouthwash [alcohol-free]like
Chlorhexidine mouthwash for relief.
Take a
multivitamin tablet for 15 days.
Suck on ice pops..
In case if it does not resolve you have to take a short curse of steroids like
Prednisolone 10mg for twice a day for 5 days..
Hope this information helps..
