I've had this bump on my elbow, it was skinned over. Eventually it got to the point where it looked like a bump maybe the size of the tip of a small child's pinky. about a month ago i started to pick at it, i squeezed it a few times and got a very small amount of this clear/white puss substance that came out like a black head might. the bump itself looked like a growth. I got the pointed end of a filer on a pair of nail clippers and poked down to break even farther into the skin. blood came out, so i assumed it was just like a blood blister or something that just never wore away or was trapped. As it scabbed over this previous week i noticed that it still wasn't going away (very small scab) i picked at it some more and squeezed it again.(by the little prick is now a small hole and little bleeding after picking) i squeezed it to see a small puss colored tip (pretty big) this however was just the dried blood from the scab so i pick it off and under/attached a little bit was a still hard but not rock hard substance it wasn't a fluid and the bit was connected. now i see a pure white ball where the orange was and i pinch harder to get it to come up. It was still trapped in a small pocket of skin. i squeeze harder and try to pinch it out at the same time, i get a little off and then i manage to pinch a majority of it and pull it out. it was about the size of a BB and about a centimeter long of the hard/gelatin substance. the hole is now bleeding pretty bad but i wash it off and put a band-aid and some ointment. this happened today. does anyone have any idea what the hell was under my skin?
