What Is The Treatment For A Bump On The Testicle?

Have one black very dark redish, bump on the right testicle it does not itch and is not sore. Have not had any sexual encounters in over 2 years. And i check myself on a regular basis because I am diabetic. It is about 1/8 to 3/8" wide and height. I am 4o years old.

The color may be due to infection or so . Please confirm with a Surgeon as you are a diabetic.
