What Is The Treatment For A Bumps On The Arm?

I have eight 1-2 mm bumps on my right arm and have had them for about a month. they are hard. i thought it was a couple clogged hair follicles or sebaceous glands, because there is no irritation, except when i am in grappling class, and they are rubbed over my shirt. i lanced one and it had little to no sensation. after a week it went away, but now one has appeared above my shaft, near the pubic bone. is this mrsa, or some other staff infection. I am married and have only had my wife as a sexual partner for 7 years.
