What Is The Treatment For A Lump In The Elbow?

Hi, my grandmother fell earlier and she is very old and has had many falls. When she fell it seemed like all that had happened was her elbow was skint up. but about an hour to two hours later she has a large lump on her thigh and she says it doesn t hurt it has a small bruise on it but the lump is very large

In old age even minor fall can cause bone fractures. As per your discription she must be having thigh bone fracture. Even hematoma(blood in just bellow skin) can cause same picture. You have to take one x ray and see a orthopedic surgeon.
