Hi, Im a 26yo male about 194lbs. I ve been having back pain pretty frequently for the last six months. It doesn t feel like normal back pain. It will usually start hurting after I have sugary foods or drinks and also drinking caffeine and then subside after I lay down or it will go away on its own within several hours. I also just recently noticed a lump on my left testicle that changes in size throughout the day. I m also having joint pain in my knees (mostly my left) that subsides after a while as well. Then lastly I ve been having pretty frequent bubbly urine mostly in the morning and evening (see link to pic http://s30.postimg.org/y22hvtdr5/image.jpg ). I m guessing its probably some sort of infection, but is there anything I can do about it at home with an over the counter medication (I don t have insurance)?
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, your backache could be due to spinal degenerative disease or it could be herniated disk, lump of testes could be nonspecific unless have some symptoms of infection, urine symptoms can be corrected with drinking more water, over all this is nothing to worry, for the backache you will have to get done the MRI, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
